Each specializing in a distinct product category—creams, serums, bio-cellulose sheet masks, and cleansing gels.
We do not rely on standard base formulations. Instead, Botacell provides its own core natural active ingredients to manufacturers, ensuring consistently high quality across every product. Among such ingredients is pure Bambusae Caulis in Liquamen (BCL) — a bamboo sap sourced from the inner stem of black bamboo, Phyllostachys nigra, used in the WAYOUT premium skincare line.
Our procurement team carefully sources critical materials, including advanced bio-cellulose mask sheets and airless packaging systems, to preserve product integrity and performance.
All formulation development and production processes are fully based in South Korea, maintaining strict control over quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.
A dedicated sourcing team oversees the supply of black bamboo stems (Phyllostachys nigra) for the production of our key ingredient — Bambusae Caulis in Liquamen, a bamboo sap sourced from the inner stem. A multi-stage quality control system ensures that only the finest harvest is selected, guaranteeing consistent raw material quality. Quality control begins at the very source — the groves where the stems are harvested.
